An offshore VPS is a KVM server in a country you choose, ordered with an email or a Telegram handle and paid in crypto. The country is the law that covers the machine. Complaints from somewhere else are not automatic takedowns, and the Acceptable Use Policy applies in all seven locations.
An email address or a Telegram handle is enough to order. We don't ask for a passport, a selfie, a phone number or a proof of address. A name is optional and is not checked.
Pay in BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, SOL, BNB, XRP, BCH. Prices are listed in USD. Add credit from the wallet, then order from that balance. There is no card and no bank account. Send to this address, then wait for staff confirmation.
Iceland, Panama, Moldova, Romania, Switzerland, Netherlands, Russia. You choose the country when you order, and that country's law is the one a complaint is read against. The location pages spell out the trade-offs before you pay a long term.
We don't log the traffic your VPS sends or receives, and we don't keep the contents of the disk. Billing records exist: a contact method, the order, the payment reference, the IP and the power state. The privacy policy is the complete list.
A US DMCA notice is not an automatic takedown. Complaints are reviewed under the law of the country where the VPS sits. Valid court orders from that country are honored. Copyright infringement under that law is still against the Acceptable Use Policy.
Every VPS is KVM, with full root and a VNC console if the network stack is down. Install a template or upload your own ISO. This is not a container with a panel in the way.
