You choose a location at checkout. Each country has its own trade-offs, and we explain them openly.
Offshore VPS
An offshore VPS at MercureHosting is a KVM virtual server that sits in a country you choose, billed in cryptocurrency, and ordered without an identity check. You get root, NVMe storage, a port we don't bill per gigabyte, and a VNC console. The Acceptable Use Policy is the same one that covers every other product.
"Offshore" means the server's country is a decision, not an accident. The seven locations — Iceland, Panama, Moldova, Romania, Switzerland, Netherlands, Russia — are different legal settings. A notice that arrives from somewhere else is read against the law of the country the VPS is in. That is not a promise that every complaint is ignored, and it is not a shelter for anything illegal in that country.
In short
People who want a normal virtual server and a specific answer to "which country's law is this?" — without a KYC desk in the middle.
You want a server and you don't want a passport scan, a selfie or a utility bill sitting in a host's ticket system.
The country is a decision. You'd rather read how complaints are handled in that country than inherit a US-style takedown queue.
A personal VPN, mail you administer, a full node, or files you have the right to share. You get root. We don't run the software for you.
Typical developer clouds want a card and an account in their name. This catalog is the crypto-paid, country-you-pick version of a KVM VPS.
The Acceptable Use Policy applies to every service
Privacy isn't a licence for abuse. CSAM, malware, phishing, spam, botnets, fraud and any content illegal in the hosting jurisdiction are prohibited, and we suspend services that break these rules. We honor valid court orders issued in the jurisdiction where your server is located. Read the full Terms & Acceptable Use Policy.
Concrete parts of the VPS, not a slogan. Term discounts are the published ones. We don't advertise a measured uptime percentage.
An email address or a Telegram handle is enough to order. We don't ask for a passport, a selfie, a phone number or a proof of address. A name is optional and is not checked.
Pay in BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, SOL, BNB, XRP, BCH. Prices are listed in USD. Add credit from the wallet, then order from that balance. There is no card and no bank account. Send to this address, then wait for staff confirmation.
Iceland, Panama, Moldova, Romania, Switzerland, Netherlands, Russia. You choose the country when you order, and that country's law is the one a complaint is read against. The location pages spell out the trade-offs before you pay a long term.
We don't log the traffic your VPS sends or receives, and we don't keep the contents of the disk. Billing records exist: a contact method, the order, the payment reference, the IP and the power state. The privacy policy is the complete list.
A US DMCA notice is not an automatic takedown. Complaints are reviewed under the law of the country where the VPS sits. Valid court orders from that country are honored. Copyright infringement under that law is still against the Acceptable Use Policy.
Every VPS is KVM, with full root and a VNC console if the network stack is down. Install a template or upload your own ISO. This is not a container with a panel in the way.
Storage is NVMe SSD, in the ~3,500 MB/s class. Bandwidth is unmetered: we don't bill per gigabyte. A port still can't be saturated indefinitely. Fair use is in the terms.
A VPS is usually ready within minutes of the payment confirming. Credentials go to the contact on the order. Longer terms lower the monthly price: quarterly −25%, semi-annual −35% and annual −50%. Those are the published term discounts. There is no coupon code.
A sketch of the usual card-and-passport cloud, not a claim about one company. If you already have a host in mind, the alternatives pages name them one by one.
| Topic | MercureHosting | Typical KYC host |
|---|---|---|
| Signup | Email or Telegram. No ID document. | Name, address, phone, and often a government ID before the server exists. |
| Payment | Crypto only. No card on file. | Card, PayPal or a bank transfer tied to the billing identity. |
| Where the VPS sits | One of seven countries, chosen per server. | Usually the company's home region, under one legal process. |
| A foreign copyright notice | Reviewed under the hosting country's law. Not an automatic takedown. | Often a DMCA queue that disables the content on a timer. |
| Access | Full root on KVM, VNC console, your own ISO. | Root sometimes, a control panel often, reinstalls limited to their images. |
| Disk and bandwidth | NVMe on every plan. Unmetered, with fair use. | Mixed storage. A monthly transfer cap is common. |
| What gets logged | No traffic logs and no disk contents. Billing data is listed in the privacy policy. | Account, billing and often network metadata. The policy is usually long. |
| Abuse | Judged on what the server does. No-KYC is not a pass. | Also prohibited, usually after an identity is already on file. |
Five steps. Add credit in the wallet, then order from that balance. Send to this address, then wait for staff confirmation.
Pick the country and the size
The plans table lists CPU, RAM, NVMe and the port for each location. The country on the plan is the jurisdiction whose law covers that VPS. Read the location page if the choice is about complaints or latency, not only price.
Pick a billing term
Monthly, or quarterly −25%, semi-annual −35% and annual −50% when you pay up front. The discount is applied in the order form before the invoice is created.
Leave one contact method
An email address or a Telegram handle. Guest checkout works. An account is only there if you want the dashboard later. Either way, the form does not ask for ID.
Pay the crypto invoice
Prices are in USD. You choose BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, SOL, BNB, XRP, BCH in the wallet. The invoice shows the staff address and a QR code. Send to this address, then wait for staff confirmation.
Get root
A VPS is usually ready within minutes after the payment confirms. Login details go to the contact you gave us. Dedicated and GPU servers take longer. A VPS is the quick one.
Product answers. The site-wide FAQ covers refunds, accounts and the rest. Notice handling in full is on the DMCA-ignored hosting page, and the record of what we store is the privacy policy.
A KVM virtual server in a country you choose, ordered without an identity check and paid in cryptocurrency. Offshore is the jurisdiction. It is not a promise that every law stops at the border. What you run still has to be legal in that country, and the Acceptable Use Policy applies in all seven.
KVM, with full root and a VNC console. You administer the operating system. We don't put a managed application panel between you and the machine.
Yes. You can boot a template — Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky, CentOS Stream, Fedora, FreeBSD, Arch, openSUSE or Windows Server — or upload your own ISO. A Windows desktop you reach over RDP is a separate product.
We don't bill per gigabyte. The port on the plan is the port you get. Saturating it indefinitely, in a way that harms other customers, is fair use and is described in the terms. A personal VPN or an ordinary site does not get close to that.
It does not take the VPS down on its own. We review it under the copyright law of the country the server is in. If it shows infringement that is valid there, we act, and we contact you first unless the law or the severity requires immediate action. Valid court orders from that country are honored. This is not permission to host pirated works.
Any of BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, SOL, BNB, XRP, BCH. The USD price is the same for each. Send to this address, then wait for staff confirmation. Credit is added when staff mark the transfer paid.
Usually within minutes of the payment confirming. Credentials go to the email or Telegram handle on the order. We don't publish a measured uptime percentage. The status page lists incidents by hand.
A running VPS stays where you ordered it. Moving means ordering in the new country and copying your data yourself. We don't migrate disks between countries, so read the location page before you pay a long term.
No ID, no card, root on KVM. quarterly −25%, semi-annual −35% and annual −50% when you pay up front. The Acceptable Use Policy applies before the invoice does.
No. An email address or Telegram handle is enough to order. We never ask for ID documents, selfies or proof of address.
BTC (two addresses), ETH, USDT ERC-20, USDT TRC-20 (two addresses), LTC, DOGE, TRX, SOL, BNB BEP-20, USDC ERC-20, XRP and BCH. You pick the coin and network in the wallet. Prices are the same for each coin.
We don't log your server's traffic or contents. We keep the billing and account data listed in the privacy policy, including a contact method, order references and server metadata. Edge security logs rotate within 7 days.
Foreign notices, including US DMCA notices, don't trigger automatic takedowns. Every complaint is reviewed under the law of the country where the server is located. Where a complaint is valid under that law we contact you, unless the law or the severity requires immediate action. Valid court orders from that country are honored.
CSAM, malware, phishing, spam, botnets, fraud, terrorist content, and anything illegal in the hosting country. Tor exit relays, outbound port 25 and security scanning need written approval first. The Acceptable Use Policy has the full list.
VPS and RDP are usually ready within minutes of payment confirming. Dedicated and GPU servers can take a few hours to a day. Credentials go to the contact method on the order.
VPS from $11.25/mo, or $5.63/mo on an annual term. No ID, no card and no traffic logs. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone equally.
