What we don't ask for, what we still need, what the privacy policy actually lists, and what no-KYC does not allow.

The short version
No-KYC means the order form does not ask for a government ID, a selfie, a phone number or a proof of address. It asks for a way to reach you and a crypto payment.
It does not mean the server is outside every law, and it does not mean we ignore abuse.
What you provide
An email address or a Telegram handle. A name if you want one. The product, the plan, the country and the term. Agreement to the terms.
A throwaway inbox works until you lose it. We can't reset a server to a mailbox you no longer have.
What we store
The privacy policy is the list: contact method, optional alias, order and payment references, assigned IP and power state, short-lived edge security logs, and support mail you send us.
We don't log the contents of your server or the traffic it sends. We also don't keep your card details, because we don't take cards.
What a complaint can produce
We respond to valid legal orders from the country where the server sits, and only with records we have. A request from another country has to go through that country's process.
Where the law allows, we tell the customer before we disclose anything. The warrant canary is the place to look for the standing statement on gag orders.
What is still prohibited
CSAM, malware, phishing, spam, botnets, fraud, and anything illegal in the hosting country. Those rules don't have a KYC exception.

美国 DMCA 通知不会导致自动下架。投诉依据 VPS 所在国家的法律审核。该国的有效法院命令会被执行。依据该国法律构成的版权侵权仍然违反可接受使用政策。
KVM、root 与 VNC
每台 VPS 都是 KVM，拥有完整 root，网络中断时还有 VNC 控制台。可安装模板或上传自己的 ISO。这不是被面板挡在中间的容器。
