Is the Windows licence included?
Yes. The licence is included in the plan price.
Can I change the RDP port?
Yes. You have administrator access to Windows Firewall and the RDP listener. Do that, and keep a console path in mind so you don't lock yourself out.
Can I use it for mass emailing?
No. Unsolicited bulk email breaks the AUP and the service is suspended. Outbound SMTP is a restricted activity even on Linux, and spam is prohibited everywhere.
Which plan is enough?
Desk is a light desktop. Studio is the usual pick for daily work. Office is for heavier local apps. GPU workloads belong on a GPU server, not on these RDP plans.
Can I reinstall?
You can ask support to reinstall the Windows image. Say so in the order notes if you need a specific edition that the plan offers.
Do you support Office 365 licensing?
We license Windows. Microsoft 365 apps are your own subscription if you need them, installed with your administrator rights.
