Bitcoin and Monero full nodes
A pruned Bitcoin node fits a smaller VPS. An unpruned node with txindex wants about 1 TB, so use a large VPS or a dedicated disk layout. Monero's chain is lighter and still wants fast disk.
Lightning routers
A stable IP and a machine that stays online matter more than a huge core count. Pick a country with the latency your peers actually have.
Validators
Dedicated servers are the predictable choice. Shared VPS neighbours are a poor place for a process that can't miss slots. Check the chain's own hardware guide before you pick a tier.

NVMe on every VPS
Initial sync and chain-state reads are disk-bound. Every VPS plan is NVMe, and dedicated plans list their disk layout.
Bandwidth without a per-GB bill
Unmetered means we don't charge per gigabyte. It doesn't mean the port can sit at full line rate forever if that harms other customers. The terms say so.
Room for larger chains
Move to a larger VPS or a dedicated server when the chain, the index and the logs no longer fit. Don't discover that on day twenty of a sync.
Pay in the coin you want
BTC, XMR and the rest of the invoice coins. Paying in the asset you run a node for is optional, not required.
Several countries
Running nodes in more than one jurisdiction is a real contribution to diversity. The big clouds are mostly one legal home.
No CPU mining on VPS
Mining on a shared VPS is prohibited. It degrades the host for everyone else. A validator or a full node is not mining.

Size the disk before you order. A pruned Bitcoin node can live on a small VPS. An archival node should start on a plan with about 1 TB free after the OS. Dedicated is the right page for validators that need steady CPU.

Which plan fits a Bitcoin full node?
A pruned node runs on a small VPS. An unpruned node with txindex needs on the order of 1 TB, so pick a large VPS or a dedicated server and leave room for growth.
Can I run a validator?
Yes, on a dedicated server if you want predictable CPU. Read the chain's hardware notes. We don't tune the validator for you.
Is mining allowed?
CPU mining on a VPS isn't allowed. It degrades shared hardware for other customers. A full node or a Lightning node is ordinary use.
Do you open the peer ports?
You control the firewall on a VPS with root. Open the ports your node needs. We don't block Bitcoin or Monero peer traffic as a category.
Can I pay a Bitcoin node invoice in BTC?
Yes. You can also pay in Monero or any other coin on the list. The price is the USD plan price either way.
Will you snapshot the chain for me?
No. Backups are yours unless you have arranged a backup service. Don't count on a snapshot you didn't configure.
