We are a host, not a law firm. We follow due process under local law and tell you about requests where we're allowed to.

What about DDoS?

Every plan includes L3/L4 filtering. That does not cover every attack at the application layer. If you expect to be targeted, talk to us about the setup before it matters.

Is hate speech protected?

Content that is illegal in the hosting country, including incitement to violence, isn't allowed under the AUP. Lawful speech that a foreign platform would still remove is the case this page is about.

Which country should a newsroom pick?

Read Iceland and Switzerland first. Add a mirror somewhere with a different legal system. Use the selector if budget or audience location changes the answer.

Can we stay anonymous to our host?

The account can be a pseudonym and a crypto payment. Your own newsroom's legal obligations to readers and to courts are separate, and we don't advise on them.

Do you require a real-name byline?

No. We don't review articles. The AUP is about illegal content and abuse, not about whether a byline is a legal name.

Американское уведомление DMCA не означает автоматического удаления. Жалобы рассматриваются по закону страны, где стоит VPS. Законные судебные решения этой страны исполняются. Нарушение авторских прав по её закону по-прежнему запрещено правилами допустимого использования.

Каждый VPS работает на KVM: полный root и консоль VNC на случай, если упадёт сеть. Установите шаблон или загрузите свой ISO. Это не контейнер с панелью, которая мешает.
