A terms change, a payment freeze or a foreign notice is easier to plan for when the server was placed deliberately, with a mirror somewhere else.
Latency-first builders
Amsterdam and Bucharest are for European users. Panama is for the Americas. The selector will say so if you tell it where the audience is.
People comparing legal climate
Iceland and Switzerland are the strong-protection, higher-price end. Moldova and Russia are the lower-price end, with their own trade-offs written on the location pages.

Local law for complaints
A complaint is assessed under the law of the country where that server is located. A notice from somewhere else is not an automatic off switch.
Mix of primary and mirror
Order a second plan in another country if you want the site to survive one legal or network problem. DNS stays under your control.
Crypto checkout, no ID
Offshore describes the location. The checkout is still an email or Telegram handle and a crypto invoice.

Which location is the most private?
It depends on what you need protection from. The jurisdiction selector compares legal, latency and budget factors, and each location page states its trade-offs.
Is offshore hosting legal?
Yes. Renting a server in another country is ordinary commerce. What you run on it still has to be legal there, and our AUP applies everywhere.
Can I move between locations?
Order a new server in the other country and migrate the data yourself. We don't teleport disks between countries.
Which locations have GPUs?
Iceland, Romania, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Panama, Moldova and Russia are VPS, dedicated and RDP.
Do you guarantee a particular court outcome?
No. We describe the legal setting and we follow valid orders from the hosting country. We are a host, not a law firm.
Why publish the downsides?
A country that is wrong for the workload is an expensive mistake. The considerations on each location page are there so you can walk away from a bad fit.
